CORTX Services Release v0.0.4

The following changes have been made for this release:

• Script required for S3 internal service endpoint [UDX-6357]
• Actual POD Hostname and Clutser-template.yaml pod hostname are mismatching [UDX-6371]
• Incorrect Openldap servers are configured in config.yaml configmap template [UDX-6372]
• Remove motr and hare info from config.yaml
• cortx-csm-agent port number should be changed to 8081 in cortx-control-pod.yaml [UDX-6383]
• Consul-agent container is no longer needed in storage pod [UDX-6378]
• Cortx message service container is no longer needed, remove it [UDX-6379]
• BG delete port missing in cortx-data-pod and cortx-data-svc [UDX-6377]
• parse yaml indent fix [UDX-6376]
• Updated solution.yaml to have cvgs defined [UDX-6366]
• cortx-services: Determine motr io instances and create containers based on number of io instances [UDX-6366]
• inside cortx-s3- range container , for entrypoint script index argument dummy implementation code is needed [UDX-6382]
• Add provided SSL cert inside all cortx-pods at standard cortx location -> (/etc/cortx/solution/ssl/)[UDX-6374]
• PVC's are not created for all the devices that is mentioned in cluster.yaml files [UDX-6355]
