Problem description

I have two sprites connected by a hierarchy. The child sprite has a Sine behavior with the Movement parameter set to Angle and the Magnitude parameter set to 0. When I mirror the parent, the child sprite is rotated to a random angle.

Note to self: also check #8245 which has a more complex repro.
