Motivation: responding to discussions is an important part of managing open source GitHub repos.

Note that GitHub projects cannot include GitHub discussions as cards (unlike issues and pull requests). But links to individual discussions could easily be added as project draft cards (Adding draft issues to your project). Management of these drafts would be easy enough within the automation we have.
