License Question: Which one was used by this project, GPL-3.0-only or GPL-3.0-or-later

I maintain the package of this project in archlinuxcn. Recently, Arch Linux enforced using the SPDX identifier via RFC16¹. It differs from GPL-3.0-only and GPL-3.0-or-later. So I need to know which one was used in this project.

Hi there! Thanks for maintaining this project in archlinuxcn! Burn-My-Windows also uses SPDX tags and the majority of the source files are tagged as GPL-3.0-or-later. There are some scripts which are released under a more permissive license (sometimes MIT, sometimes CC-0). The artwork is usually CC-BY-4.0. If you require one license for the entire project, GPL-3.0-or-later should be fine!
