It looks like NOAA have released the new endpoint to https://apps-st.fisheries.noaa.gov/ods/foss/afsc_groundfish_survey_catch/

There are some migration tasks for the new endpoint which could take some time to resolve. I've sent an email asking some questions about the new endpoint but plan work start Oct which should offer some time to respond.

This was unblocked by a NOAA update! Expect more soon!
