All image selections should be able to use server images

Whenever SoM needs a specific image for usage it should both be possible to upload it or select it among the projects of SoM.

In the simple version a user should be able to download any image of any project and then use the downloaded image to resend it for whatever request is needed.

At present this applies to:

• Fixture creation
• Cell Count Calibration (under development)

Future also when recording new gray scales. And possibly allow from QC to browse the images in the project.

It would also be nicer if the image didn't have to bounce back an forth, but could be loaded internally given that the user gives a project-type path (same structure as used while browsing) to all above listed requests.
