This is a special request for an uncommon use case, although I know there are others afflicted with this curse thanks to Zwift. Having been on the platform since late beta days I have come to follow the maximum allowed number of riders at 5,000. Zwift introduced this limit without notice when a number of 'original Zwifters' were already following well in excess of 5,000 riders. As a result, I (and they) cannot follow any new riders without unfollowing others. On several occasions I have pleaded with Zwift (crickets and tumbleweeds) to add an advanced search to the companion app to allow the following:

  • Quickly see which of my requests to follow other riders are outstanding and revoke them if desired as they count towards number of riders I am following,
  • Cross reference following and follower lists and identify riders who have not followed me back so that I can stop following them if desired,
  • Sort both lists by age of follow request so I can focus on old/stale requests,
  • See date of last activity or account status, if available, to confirm likelihood of a rider ever responding to my follow request.

If you are able to provide any of these search functions in the Athletes widget (or anywhere) I would be extremely grateful. I currently have to trawl through riders I follow one-by-one in the companion app and check whether they have followed me back. It is an onerous chore to say the least.

@Jason-The-Shepherd are you on the discord server? A few of these are covered in the upcoming release. I post upcoming updates to the #changelog channel there and we have discussions like this quite a bit.
