Description:
This PR implements a GX expectation suite for the
networkdataset.I used the rules here and here as reference.
One thing to note is the the rules linked above include expectations that the
geneA_external_gene_nameandgeneB_external_gene_namefields are nevernull, but I found that in 0.09% and 0.06% of cases, respectively, that is not the case. I have allowed for this for now by includingmostly=0.99meaning that they must not benullat least 99% of the time.An example report file can be viewed here.
