This is especially relevant in context of #25. Instead of just focusing on the SARS-CoV-2 proteins, there could be valuable annotations on the interacting proteins in humans. A top resource to fetch data for human proteins is neXtProt.

Example: medically relevant variants on ACE2 which could be mapped on our heteromer model of ACE2+Spike.
