Text not centered vertically in fullscreen mode

Dear,

When I have svg-edit running fullscreen in my Chrome browser (on my Windows10 portable), the text input fields are not correctly aligned in both the top and bottom bars:

I "think" it is aligned vertically correctly, but for some reason the inner text field is much higher as its visible part:

Unfortunately CSS and myself are not very good friends ;-(

So hopefully somebody can give me a tip of how I can solve/workaround this...
