Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We want placeholders to stay after the user starts inputting text.

Additional context

  • The forms in Decanter should be updated to include this new behavior
  • This could be a component, mixin, helper class, or all of the above.

Material design has a similar one. They even have 2 options. Pretty cool
