Add support for loading images from a S3 bucket

Credential features:

entry of key and secret
caching of several recent keys and secrets (with a nickname) for quick re-use

Image selection features:

list bucket, select study id, select series id, add all images in series to the list
user enters study id, then a list of series id is shown
user enters study id, then enters series id
user enters series id and it is searched in all the bucket study id
CSV file is provided, user can select from or search for series id and it gets study id from CSV
random selection for eDRIS to use when checking
?

Possibly disable the database and rectangle features so it's just a viewer?
