Update label files for Cassini ISS and VIMS from *.xml to *.lblx #127

I'm opening this issue to discuss whether we should update label file extensions in the bundles cassini_iss_cruise, cassini_iss_saturn, cassini_vims_cruise, and cassini_vims_saturn, since we are updating those bundles to v2.0 anyway.

One reason PRO might be that it will make it easier for all future bundles to use *.lblx

One reason CON might be that some people might already be accustomed to using *.xml

Comments welcome.

CCB-260 seems to encourage the use of .lblx for new labels. If it's easy to do, perhaps we should just do it.
