In the readme, there is this paragraph:

Running Inquirer together with network streams in Windows platform inside some terminals can result in process hang.
Workaround: run inside another terminal. Please refer to the nodejs/node#21771

The Issue 21771 may have been resolved (see nodejs/node#30701).
Because I currently have no windows-setup at my hands I can't test it.
