Bug Description

The MultiInput component in UI5 Web Components has an issue where selected tokens cannot be deselected. Clicking on an already selected token does not remove it from the selection.

Expected Behaviour

Clicking on an already selected token should deselect and remove the token from the selection.

Isolated Example

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to the UI5 Web Components Multi Input example page.
  2. Click on the input field to add a few tokens.
  3. Click on an already selected token to deselect it.
  4. Notice that the token remains selected and is not removed from the selection.
