Version update in DEV

Overview

We want to inform you that the DEV branch of the btp setup automator has received some version updates in the corresponding Dockerfile (see PR #385). This upgrade are mostly minor version upgrades of CLI tools and should cause no issues (famous last words)

The dev branch as well as the corresponding container image in the GitHub packages contain this update.
