We are looking for guidance on how to deploy our XSA Application with a Java Module using the @oData.Publish option to Cloud Foundry

Hi Lindsay,
you might want to check out the Cloud Platform SDK. Please see this blog:

Alternatively you can take the effort and use Olingo for exposure in Java: https://olingo.apache.org/
