Blurb on the format

Data Carpentry workshops are typically held over two full days. This workshop is using an experimental schedule that is being held in 2 hour sessions over 7 weeks. We hope this will provide a format for anyone not able to commit two to the 2 day workshops.

Cost

This is a free workshop.

Do I need to attend every one?

The lessons are linear and build upon what was taught the prior week. Thus learners will benefit most if they attend every session, yet we realize that unexpected events happen. If you miss a session we'll do our best to work with you.

Can I drop in on just 1 or 2 sessions?

We encourage everyone to attend all sessions for the above reason, but if there is space available we welcome anyone who wants to learn. Please email the organizer beforehand if you would like attend a single session.
