Thinking in differents ways to manage the user interaction with Unity and the google cardboard library, I ended up by choosing that the best solution, or at least one that don't hurt you neck, is show a radial menu with the diferent actions that the user can make to the brain model:

  • Zoom In/Out
  • Select/Focus
  • Show/Make invisible
  • Undo/Reset

The user is going to push down the cardboard trigger, this is gonna show a radial menu around the user gaze so it can select an action without turning around alot, some actions will need the user to release the trigger to "Enter".
