We can now manage without yarn since npm it pretty up to date feature wise. We already use npm in our newer FE repos (Nova and for the different landing pages) and it would be nice to streamline our FE services. When we do this, let's update Node as well.

This is a maintenance task that is not very urgent, but let's try find some time for it. Perhaps around Christmas could be a good time?
