By "menu", I assume it's the window's menu bar, right? Can you inform what desktop environment (Gnome, KDE etc.) are you using?

Guys, this is really important. This bug annoys the hell out of anyone using a non-latin keyboard since we have to switch between English and our native language very often OR USE CAPS LOCK AND SEEM LIKE WE'RE SHOUTING...
