Next Release reminder

for the next release do not forget to:

• adapt the module design in documentation (status, runtime, current running, ...)
• adapt the action script for release to work with new project layout
• adapt the https://github.com/RobertK66/actions-build-mcuxpresso action template
  • to be able to make a loop for build projects (Independent of their path)
  • to use a fixed version and not dependent on (external!) main branches...
• make a dedicated release of tools - to get the debug/dump binaries translated with map file (Main Loop Monitoring - Debug help #17)

new CI script now makes multitarget build and releases all artefacts when Creating a Release in github browser interface.
