The DjVu add-on that you are referring to is URL-based, so this request is essentially the same as https://github.com/Rob--W/open-in-browser/issues/54

The Open in Browser add-on aims to provide an Open in Browser dialog that works, regardless of the origin of the file. E.g. it works with form submissions, files behind authentication/cookies, etc. URL-based viewers cannot meet this high standard, so I have no plans to add URL-based viewers in the near future.
