[Bug] Previously canceled rips cause zombie rip behavior after restarting app, with greyed out (inoperable) Stop button

• Exact URL you were trying to rip when the problem occurred: https://www.redgifs.com/users/mialexus from a previous run, then https://e621.net/post/index/1/feretta (testing 1.7.76 fail to rip derpibooru gallery and e621.net #1171, which is an endless download)
