SYS_APP_MODE eboot.bin's do nothing

Hey @Rinnegatamante, hope you're doing well.

Back at it again with sysapps, this time I'm just trying to do a sanity check and determine if sysapps even work when it comes to lpp-vita.

They don't, any .vpk created with an eboot_unsafe_sys.bin simply hangs on the splash screen (sce_sys/pic0.png) and does absolutely nothing that's supposed to be ran in the index.lua. Sometimes it even crashes (VitaShell literally just says "Unknown cause", lmao).

I'd share a .vpk but I don't wanna break any licenses with this repo, so I'll just add steps:

1. Download eboot_unsafe_sys.bin as eboot.bin
2. Generate a valid param.sfo and place in sce_sys/
3. Put literally any valid lua code into index.lua
4. Zip into a .vpk and install

I've tested trying to use a System Message, I've even put the FTP sample and nothing happens whatsoever.

I've seen sysapps working with your VitaGL rotating_cube_sysapp, though I've had zero success even getting the basics down with lpp-vita sysapps.

Hope to hear back from you, can't tell if I'm missing something clear as day or something just isn't right.
