iOS Keyboard Covers Draft Area on ReadingPage

We have tried putting all of the elements into an encapsulating ScrollView, which creates a scrollview within a scrollview effect, and pushes the elements that we want to be "above" the level of the question collection view to the top and bottom of the encapsulation scrollview respectively.

There was mention of a plugin in some of the forums that we were looking at that should be able to help solve this issue: https://github.com/TheEightBot/Xamarin.IQKeyboardManager

I was hoping there'd be something similar to the Android SoftKeyboard options to change it from Resize to Pan or so, but that does not seem to be the case yet.
