a non expected blank appears above the tooltip's title

Put a dirty fix based on this : http://jsfiddle.net/gSPKZ/. The bad side is I have had to remove the ability to custom both tooltip title and subtitle.

I've contacted the dev behind raphaeljs (which is actually an active lib, cf our chat). W&S
