Move software table in Alpine section

We recently updated all Blanca nodes so that they are RHEL 8. In this process we made it so that the Alpine and Blanca module stacks are the same. For this reason, it does not make sense to have our software table on the page clusters/alpine/software.md hidden under the Alpine section. In this issue I propose that we move this page under the Software section and links to it in the pages clusters/alpine/software.md and clusters/blanca/blanca.md.
