Request from CURC storage team:

can we amend the documentation for petalibrary smb connections to say that those are only supported from boulder campus networks? let me know if that's something you all can do, or if i should plan on making a PR for that. we're probably talking a one-sentence change so it's more work in git than in a text editor :)
