Pre filled rule creation

This would reduce the need to type when RP doesn't suggest the exact desired rule.
Click on a button next to a suggested rule to edit & add the rule. After adding or clicking the back button the suggested rules come back.

I suggest not to display an "edit" icon, but rather show a link like "manually create rule" after right-clicking.

Right click does the same as left click currently AFAIK, so maybe directly go to manual editing on right click instead of having a menu?

yes, that would be possible, but personally I'd prefer a menu. at least this would prevent confusion when someone is right-clicking by mistake. (Maybe we can support UI fine-tuning some day.)
