Hello guys,

I'm really sorry for the delay, I updated the README with up-to-date information on how to install redis-lua-unit, I tested it, every dependencies seems to be installed however it terminate with a "Error: Unrecognized filename extension" error. I don't have currently the time to fix it, but would greatly appreciate a pull-request!
