Can't restore blood thirst while playing Remi, no matter what type of blood to drink. #3

An attempt to fix it was pushed. I was trying different things to prevent that from happening so I'm not 100% sure the fix solves it. I have to confirm that's the case later this week.

This didn't work because vitamins extend by default (just like monstergroups), so using "extend": "vitamin": [ hblood ] was doing nothing.

(0.9.6.20b) Removed the extend to leave it as "vitamin": [ hblood ] and it works now. Do note that there's some "digestion" period, around ~30 min, before the vitamin levels increase over time.
