just noticed that the following

+ /bin/bash /var/lib/jenkins/workspace/soe-ci-pipeline/scripts/starttestvms.sh
Error: host_collection not found.
ERROR:   No test VMs configured in Satellite [Wed May 22 16:07:28 CEST 2019]

still leaves the step prepare VMs green, this is obviously wrong.

Same for pushtests.sh and powerofftestvms.sh
