Issue Description

  • The OOO form has no heading/description which indicates this form is for applying for OOO status.
  • Cancel button is not aligned correctly.
  • textarea input is expandable without constraints which can make the form UI broken when expanded longer.

Expected Behavior

  • Form should have some indication about the subject of the form.
  • Cancel button should be aligned correctly.
  • Maximum expandable area for textarea should be within constraints.
