feat: Add an option to hide DontKillmyapp popup

Feature description

Add an option to hide DontKillmyapp popup as I have performed every action needed to be performed by me accordingly to the don'tkillmyapp guide. The popup is very annoying, so annoying that I cannot express it in simple text without abusive language.

Motivation

The feature should be implemented for people like me who are having hard time dealing with the popup as it is not working as intended. It will benefit both of us as it will reduce people's headache who all will give their blessings to you. It is a very crucial feature for my mental health.

Background activity is not the same as battery optimization, but the dev patches will ask you to disable it via a popup now, so you don't have to manually do it, therefor this feature is not necessary.

The system reports, battery optimization is enabled, this will have to be solved on your OS end if it is bugged like that.

You will either do what I suggested previously, or what you said, in either case, this is not an issue with ReVanced.
