I have a Prusa Mk3s with a SKR 1.4 turbo.
I'm trying to complete the initial setup but always get the same error, when I reach the "T0 TOOLBOARD PREPARATION" step:
Error Toolhead configuration cannot be deserialized, please check the configuration. hotendFan: Required partFan: Required
I've tried with another boards and the failure does not occur
Continue the setup and generate config files.
Get a SKR 1.4 turbo, flash it with Klipper and try to install Rat-Os 2.1.

Hi.
I've downloaded latest version and now, the wizard ends fine.
But there is a little mess with the configuration.
The first error is that it includes a temperature_sensor for the LPC and it says it's unsupported.
Then, I've checked none input shaper but there is an error about probe points in resonance_tester.
Then, there is a mess with the pins aliases, there lack the exp ones and when I added them, there is an error with every pin alias declared as "null".
I have it running with this pin config:
