That's amazing news! You are right, that information is missing, but I did set up GitHub Sponsor for this project. Since it's an organization, you will find the "Sponsor" button on the organization page and not in the single repositories.
I'm going to be honest, I have never been sponsored by anyone, so I have no idea if what I wrote there makes any sense, let me know if you have any suggestions.
