checked url - https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots/org/rajawali3d/
no vr folder exists here. please update regarding this query asap.

Just for future reference: this error occurs because RajawaliVR is not in Maven. You will have to compile it locally and use a local maven repo. Have a look at the "How to run" section of this repo.
