This language is also partially supported. However, the point of difference between CHS are as below:

CHS has official texts for data parsing; FR should use the EN ones.
CHS does NOT have website UI; FR does HAVE website UI.

Possible solutions

Language mapping for fallback?
useI18n() to distinguish asset language and UI language?
