No way to refresh SwipeableCards on the main page

There is currently no way to "refresh" the widgets on the main page when your internet connection is back. The only solution right now is to go to another page and come back, but I think we are planning on cache'ing the loaded content, so this needs a fix in a form of some "global" (to main page) refresh indicator that would also affect all the widgets.
