License for firmware blobs?

I'm interested in license for BCM43430A1.hcd and BCM4345C0.hcd.

Before this commit, at least some kind of licensing information for broadcom/* files was included in debian/copyright. However, it was removed, and the blobs mentioned above were updated since then. The BCM-LEGAL.txt file doesn't contain any real license and is dated 2003. I didn't find any other mentions of those blobs' license in this repo.

Could you add a file to the repo with the license that is applicable to BCM43430A1.hcd and BCM4345C0.hcd, and document in some clear way (e.g., in the README) that this license file applies to those blobs? Just the way it was attempted to be done in #2, but with the correct license and with the quilt issue solved. My intention is to redistribute the firmware with my custom distro, but I believe that missing license is an issue for raspbian, too.
