RegressionTree library is implemented as a potential ranking mechanism for stream-K solutions. The trees utilize solution and problem parameters to compute efficiency of every solution for incoming sizes. This selection option is implemented as TENSILE_SOLUTION_SELECTION_METHOD=3.
