As part of the supervisory work, we need to be able to calculate company level P4B trajectories that do not require a buildout in hydro and nuclear cap. This means we need to be able to adjust which technology uses the TMSR versus SMSP.
We therefore need an option to manually assign these by technology, when running target_market_share()
