For this to work, I need to update the docker container to debian11. I'm considering to create an account for R3B collaboration on the dockerhub to host the repository of all needed containers. Currently, we are using a container hosted with my personal account. But this may not be a long-term solution.

Yes, a general R3B account is a good idea. Maybe you can create new docker containers for Debian 11 and 12, both already available on GSI machines. Then we can select and move between them from here.
