Qubes OS version:

R4.0 with current-testing enabled.
kernel 4.19.15-1

Affected component(s) or functionality:

Suspend/restore

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Suspend machine
Attempt to restore.

Expected or desired behavior:

Machine will restore state.

Actual behavior:

Log in screen appears.
But sys-usb is non-functional, as is PS/2, so there is no way to access mouse or keyboard.

General notes:

I use KDE.
I have only seen this behaviour after enabling current-testing repo.
Prior to this the machine worked faultlessly on suspend/restore.

As far as I can see there is no activity from sys-net either (looking at upstream router), which suggests that all VM restore fails.

I have consulted the following relevant documentation:

I am aware of the following related, non-duplicate issues:

Almost all the other bug reports relate to individual qubes failing to recover:
#2387 - 3.2: monitors failing to wake
#4658 - sys-net specific
#3558 - display unresponsive, but mouse and keyboard work
