there is no meta_csv_file in the first step.

Thanks for your careful check. I added this argument in the readme. It is the file named "mimic-cxr-2.0.0-metadata.csv.gz" in the Mimic-Cxr-Jpg dataset, you can download it from the homepage (https://www.physionet.org/content/mimic-cxr-jpg/2.0.0/).
