Mistake in coupling map for FakeParisV2 #2089

It is seen that in the coupling map for this backend, qubit 20 is repeated twice, and qubit 21 is missing. I wrote code to derive the physical coupling map from a transpiled circuit, and used it to figure out the physical qubit connections. In this way I found that the qubit '20' connected to qubit 18 is actually the missing qubit 21.
I am willing to show more details of my code and the results to substantiate my claim.
