  • make it configurable which single-qubit decomposition is used
  • make configurable the details of the two-qubit decomposition
    • the user should be able to choose to choose a RXX,RYY,RZZ sequence or the current 3-CNOT circuit, or any other valid sequence of rotations.
    • For the 3-CNOT circuit, the user should be able to absorb the SGate and SdgGate into the KAK decomposition if they so choose.
