Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm trying to trigger some action when the service or other resource has been deployed.But now executing state of webhook only log into worker's log but no web page.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a web page to display webhook triggered history.
History entry should include request and response data, time of the webhook executed.
