Submenu items

We now have the scaffolding in place. Next step is creating a skeleton structure just keeping a very simple structure right now.

I am now thinking about submenu items.

BlockForm

• All Forms

• Add New (thinking WP structure)

• Entries

• Settings (possible horizontal tabs for following screens.)
  -- Form settings (could be used for one or multiple or all forms.)
  -- Field builder. (Where the user can create a field and have it show up in the Add New BlockForm - Block Editor Inserter.)
  -- E-mail (a screen for seeing what the default summary/e-mail will look like. One can duplicate the default and create another style etc. Various e-mail settings also included in this screen. Here one can adjust for all forms or individual forms. )
  -- Something else
  -- Something else

  -- Documentation (Which I will work on when we get to it on a likely blockform web site.)
